16^th June 2023: Successfully obtained on behalf of an employee Claimant leave to       appeal against the decisions and awards of the Labour Tribunal

On 16^thJune 2023, by the Decision of the Honourable Mr. Justice S. T. Poon handed down on the same date in HCLA 17/2022 ([2023] HKCFI 1573), our firm successfully obtained on behalf of our client, an employee Claimant, leave to appeal against the decisions and awards of Presiding Officer Susan Wong of the Labour Tribunal in LBTC No. 60 of 2022.
